On the proposal of the Secretary of State for Finance, 4 February 1997, No WDB97/37M, made on behalf of our Minister for Social Affairs and Employment;
Having regard to Article 35, third paragraph, of the Law on the reduction of payroll taxes and premiums for the public sector ;
The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 13 February 1997, No W06.97.0060);
Having regard to the further report of the State Secretary for Finance of 21 February 1997, No WDB97/49 M, released on behalf of our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment;
Have found good and understand:
By way of derogation from Article 35, second paragraph, of the Law on reduction of payroll tax and public insurance premiums The entitlement to the premium exemption from a job pool referred to in the Rijkscontributory Employment Pools shall be established between 1 September 1990 and 31 December 1993 under Article 2 of the Employment Promotion Act. of job-seekers who are very long-term unemployed at the time of their contract of employment but no later than 1 January 1998.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 1997.
Burden and order that this Decision, together with the accompanying note of explanatory note to the State Sheet will be placed.
