Decision of 26 June 1967 on the establishment of a general measure of management as referred to in Article 20 (2) of the Transitional Occupational Incapacity Scheme

We JULIANA, at the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc., etc., etc.

On the nomination of Our Minister of Social Affairs and Health of 7 June 1967, Directorate General for Social Amenities, Executive Board Soc. All That, Afd. A. Z., No. 57648;

Having regard to Article 20, second paragraph, of the transitional occupational incapacity insurance scheme ;

The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 21 June 1967, No 57);

Having regard to the further report by Our Minister of Social Affairs and Health of 23 June 1967, Directorate General for Social Security, Social Insurance Directorate, General Affairs Division, No 58081,

Have found good and understand:

The provisions of Article 20, first paragraph, of A , from the Transitional incapacity insurance scheme shall not apply in respect of:

  • (a) the persons domicile in Belgium, France, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Italy or Austria, on 1 July 1967;

  • b. the nationals of the countries, who are the Treaty No of the International Labour Conference. 19, on equality of treatment for the application of accident insurance ( Trb. 1957, no. 155) have ratified, provided that they have their residence in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, South Slaat or Spain in the United Kingdom on 1 July 1967;

  • c. Swiss, who shall have their place of residence in Switzerland on 1 July 1967.

This Decision shall enter into force from the second day following that of which it shall enter into force. State Sheet is placed and operates back until 1 July 1967.

Our Minister of Social Affairs and Public Health is in charge of the implementation of this decision, which is State Sheet will be placed and copies of which will be sent to the Council of State.
