On the nomination of Our Minister for the Interior, Directorate General for Internal Affairs, Department of Cabinet Affairs, of 13 April 1981, No BK81/U493, also on behalf of Our Ministers of Defence and of Culture, Recreation and Social Work;

Having regard to Article 5 of our Decision of 29 December 1980, State Sheet 715, setting up the Cross-Resistance Cross;

The ornamental version referred to in Article 1 consists of a four-arm cross, long and wide 40 mm, carried out in silver.

On the front of the vertical arms of the cross there is an levied deexposed sword on which, coming from the case, there are a number of flames. Under the grip of the sword are arranged among each other the year of 1940 and 1945. The whole covered by a royal crown.

On the horizontal arms there is a banderol on which the text "The Tyranny Dissipates".

On the downside is in the middle of the cross the climbing lion is from the RijksWeapon.

In the upper part of the vertical arms, the year 1980 is the year of the institution. On the horizontal arms, the ends of the banderol are located.

The cross is by means of a ring attached to a ribbon of 27 mm wide with in the middle the lanes red, white and blue, each track width of 3 mm, and a runway orange of 9 mm wide, the whole flanked by lanes black, every 4.5 mm wide.

Our Ministers of the Interior, of Defence and of Culture, Recreation and Social Work are entrusted, each to the extent to him, with the implementation of this Decision, which is State Sheet will be placed and copies of which will be sent to the Chancellor of the Dutch Orden.
