On the nomination of Our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment of 7 July 2005, Directorate for Work and Assistance, No. W&B/SFI/05/48023;
Having regard to Article 3 of the Vacationsdecision 1988 ;
Have found good and understand:
1 The fixed remuneration of the President and members of the Joint Committee shall consist of an amount per customary meeting and an amount for the preparation of the opinion on requests for supplementary benefit, where the fixed remuneration is paid. shall be based on the maximum of:
a. A salary scale 17 of the Remuneration Decision Civil and civil servants 1984 for the President;
b. The salary scale 16 of the Remuneration Decision Civil and civil servants 1984 For the members.
2 The fixed pay for an attached meeting shall be based on a full day of 8 hours, including travel time, with application of the salary scales set out in paragraph 1.
3 The fixed remuneration for the preparation referred to in the first paragraph shall be based on:
a. 30-minute preparation time for requests from municipalities up to and including 40 000 inhabitants;
b. 60 minutes ' preparation time for requests from municipalities with more than 40 000 inhabitants.
1 If an alternate member replaces a member for meeting and/or preparation, he is Article 1 applicable mutatis mutandis.
2 By way of derogation from paragraph 1, an alternate member shall also be entitled to a fixed remuneration for a meeting which may be considered to be a start and/or closing meeting of the committee.
3 By way of derogation from the first and second paragraphs, an alternate member shall be entitled to a fixed remuneration for all customary meetings in the year 2005.
The Article 1 The fixed remuneration may not exceed 50% of the annual amount, according to the first level after scale 18 of the remuneration of civil civil servants.
This Decision shall enter into force from the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal in which it is placed and shall return to it until 19 November 2004.
Our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment is responsible for the implementation of this decision which will be placed with the accompanying note of explanatory note in the State Gazette.
