Having regard to Article I, Section B , and Article IV of the Law of 18 October 2007, repealing Articles 15.24 to 15.28 of the Environmental Management Act with a view to the lifting of the Air Pollution Fund and the adoption of a number of related provisions (lifting Air Pollution Fund) (Stb. 2007, 427);
Have found good and understand:
The Air Pollution Fund shall be dissolved from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which this Decision is to be issued.
The Act of 18 October 2007, repealing Articles 15.24 to 15.28 of the Environmental Management Act with a view to the lifting of the Air Pollution Fund and the adoption of a number of related provisions (Removal Fund) Air pollution) (Stb. 2007, 427) shall expire from the day following the date of issue of the Official Journal of the European Union setting this decision.
Our Minister for Housing, Regional Planning and the Environment is entrusted with the implementation of this Decision which will be placed with the corresponding note of explanatory note in the Official Journal.
