On the nomination of Our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment of 3 November 1995, Executive Board of the General and Social and Economic Affairs of the European Communities, No ASEA/HVI/95/0822;

Having regard to Article 2 (2) of the Wet de Brugestion (Wet de Brutering Overhevelingsurcharge) ;

The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 17 November 1995, no. W12.95.0595);

Having regard to the further report by Our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment of 19 December 1995, Executive Board of the General and Social and Economic Affairs, No ASEA/HVI/95/1054;

Have found good and understand:

The transfer payment for the year 1996 is equal to 10% of the worker's salary, with a maximum of f 7735.

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 1996.

Burden and order that this Decision, together with the accompanying note of explanatory note to the State Sheet will be placed.
