Decision of 23 September 1969 laying down the models of the sampling role for the implementation of Article 6 of the Decision of the European Union
We JULIANA, at the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc., etc., etc.
On the nomination of Our Minister of Justice of 12 September 1969, Staff section of Private Law Legislation, No 235/669;
Whereas it is desirable to establish new models of the sample role in order to improve the conformity of models with the requirements laid down in practice for the officials of monstering;
Having regard to Article 6 of the Decision of the European Union ( Stb. 1937, 242);
Have found good and understand:
As models of the sample role, intended in Article 6 of the Decision of the European Union , the models, which have been added as annexes to this Decision, shall be adopted.
1 Our decision of 13 December 1965 ( Stb. 670) shall be repealed.
2 Samples of samples, drawn up in accordance with the model of the decision referred to in paragraph 1, may be used as long as stocks are not exhausted.
This Decision shall enter into force on the second day following that of the day of the day of the day of State Sheet Which is where it's placed.
Our Minister of Justice has been entrusted with the implementation of this Decision, which is in the State Sheet will be placed.
