Decision of 3 September 2012 determining the items of coins of five and the ten euro issued in 2012 with the theme 'The Netherlands and Sculpture'
We Beatrix, at the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
On the nomination of Our Minister of Finance dated 28 August 2012, FM/2012/1184 M, Financial Markets Management Committee;
Having regard to Article 4, second paragraph, of the Muntwet 2002 ;
Have found good and understand:
1 The figurines of the five and ten euro coins issued in 2012 with the theme of "the Netherlands and Sculpture" is:
a. on the front side, according to the following figure: Our image is with the text "BEATRIX QUEEN OF THE NETHERLANDS" in a plane.
b. On the flip side, according to the following pictures: in the middle, in sculpted letters, the value designation "FIVE" and "TIEN", above the "F" and the "N", respectively, below, the sign of the Mint
, the sign of the Muntmeester
, the European currency symbol
and the letter 'M', which is the initials of the design star Mirjam Mieras, including the year 2012;
2 The five-euro coin has a smooth edge and carries the edge letdown "GOD * SHE * WITH * US *".
3 The ten-euro coin has a fine-ribbed edge.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
Our Minister of Finance is in charge of the implementation of this decision, which will be placed in the Official Gazette and the State Gazette.
