Decision of 21 May 2015 determining the ingredients of the five and ten euro coins issued on the occasion of 200 years of the Battle of Waterloo
We Willem-Alexander, at the grace of God, King of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
On the nomination of the State Secretary for Finance dated 18 May 2015, FM/2015/701 M, Financial Markets Management Committee;
Having regard to Article 4, second paragraph, of the Muntwet 2002 ;
Have found good and understand:
1 The ingredients of the figurines of the silver five-euro coin and the gold ten-euro coin issued on the occasion of 200 years of Battle of Waterloo are:
a. on the front, according to the following illustration: in the middle Our image with along the edge the text "WILLEM-ALEXANDER KING OF THE NETHERLANDS" and on the right the year "2015":
b. On the reverse side, according to the following pictures: in the middle a picture of a stitch fitted at the top with springs with the left side of the text " Waterloo ' and on the right the year "1815", right under the stitch of the value " Five euro ' Respectively ' ten euro ' and at the bottom of the sign of the Munthouse
and the sign of the Muntmeester
:
2 The five-euro coin has a smooth edge and carries the edge letdown "GOD * SHE * WITH * US *".
3 The ten-euro coin has a fine-ribbed edge.
The State of the Netherlands (Ministry of Finance) makes a reservation as intended Article 15b of the Copyright Act with regard to the image image of the coins intended in Article 1 .
This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 15 June 2015. If the Official Gazette issued this Decision is issued after 14 June 2015, it shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed, and shall operate back to 15 June 2015.
Our Minister of Finance is in charge of the implementation of this decision, which will be placed in the Official Gazette and the State Gazette.
