Decision of 5 September 2013 laying down the ingredients of the five-and ten-euro coins depicting the coins on the occasion of 100 years of the Peace Palace
We Willem-Alexander, at the grace of God, King of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
On the proposal of the State Secretary for Finance dated 2 September 2013, FM/2013/1560 M, Financial Markets Management Committee;
Having regard to Article 4, second paragraph, of the Muntwet 2002 ;
Have found good and understand:
1 The ingredients of the five-and ten-euro coins which are issued on the occasion of 100 years of Peace Palace are:
a. on the front side, according to the following figure: left in a non-concentric core Our image is with the right underin the year 2013 and on either side of it links the sign of the Mint
and right the sign of the Muntmeester
and on the right in a ring around the core the text " WILLEM-ALEXANDER KING OF THE NETHERLANDS:

b. on the flip side, according to the following pictures: in the middle an image of the Peace Palace, on the left and right two persons looking at the Peace Palace with above the person on the right hand the value mark 5€ 10 €, above the Peace Palace, the text '100 years Peace Palace' and under the words 'ARBITRATION LAW PEACE':
2 The five-euro coin has a smooth edge and carries the edge letdown "GOD * SHE * WITH * US *".
3 The ten-euro coin has a fine-ribbed edge.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed and shall operate back to 26 August 2013.
Our Minister of Finance is in charge of the implementation of this decision, which will be placed in the Official Gazette and the State Gazette.
