On the nomination of Our Minister of Finance dated 17 January 2011, FM/2011/153 M, Generale Thesaurie, Executive Board Financial Markets, Department of Institutional Policy and Integrity;
Having regard to Article 3, first paragraph, of the Muntwet 2002 ;
Have found good and understand:
1 The Dutch national side of the image of the commemorative coin of two euros issued on the occasion of the fact that it was 500 years ago that the book 'Laus Stultitiae' of Erasmus was issued, is, in accordance with The image below: inside a circle of 12 stars, on the left our image, to the right is written in two lines "BEATRIX QUEEN" "DER NEDERLANDEN", on the straight a portrait of Erasmus that is the text "Laus Stultitiae" has written, above his right hand, the sign of the Muntmeester
and the sign of the Mint
including the year 2011.
2. The two-euro coin has a fine-carved edge and carries the edge letdown "GOD * SHE * WITH * ONS*".
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed and operates back to 24 January 2011.
Our Minister of Finance is in charge of the implementation of this decision, which will be placed in the Official Gazette and the State Gazette.
