Decision Determining Remuneration of the President and Members Task Force Part-Time Plus

On the nomination of the State Secretary for Social Affairs and Employment of 25 April 2008, No AV/TDP/2008/12190;

Having regard to Article 3 of the Vacationsdecision 1988 ;

To the Chair of the Task Force Part-Time Plus, intended to Article 2 of the Appointment Decision of Task Force Part-Time Plus , a fixed reward is granted. This reward is determined according to the maximum of scale 18 of Annex B to the Remuneration Decision Civil Servants 1984 . Part-time factor is set at 0.22.

To the members of the Task Force Part-Time Plus, intended to Article 2 of the Appointment Decision of Task Force Part-Time Plus , a fixed reward is granted. This reward is determined according to the maximum of scale 15 of Annex B to the Remuneration Decision Civil Servants 1984 . Part-time factor is set at 0.17.

This Decision shall enter into force as from the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal, in which it is placed and operates back to 1 April 2008.

Our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment is responsible for the implementation of this decision which will be placed with the accompanying note of explanatory note in the State Gazette.
