On the proposal of the State Secretary for Finance of 22 June 2006, FM 2006-1517 M, Generale Thesaurie, Financial Markets Executive Board, General and International Section;
Having regard to Article 4, second paragraph, of the Muntwet 2002 ;
Have found good and understand:
1 The image of the silver five-euro coin and the gold ten-euro coin issued in 2006 on the occasion of the celebration of Rembrandt year is:
a. on the front side, according to the following figure: against the background of the text "BEATRIX QUEEN OF THE NETHERLANDS" Our Beeltenis;
b. on the reverse side, according to the following illustration: against the background of the text 'REMBRANDT VAN RIJN 1606-2006' a self-portrait of Rembrandt van Rijn, on the right hand, the value of '5 EURO', under '10 EURO', and on the left Bottom of the
sign of the Muntmeester "

the sign of the Mint "

the initials of the designer Berend Strik "BS" and the European currency sign "

2 The five-euro coin has a smooth edge and carries the edge letdown "GOD * SHE * WITH * US *".
3 The ten-euro coin has a fine-ribbed edge.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
Our Minister of Finance is in charge of the implementation of this decision, which will be placed in the Official Gazette and the State Gazette.
