On the nomination of Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science of 4 February 2008, no. 2008/4731, Directorate Of Cultural Heritage;

Having regard to Article 3, second paragraph, of the Vacationsdecision 1988 ;

Have found good and understand:

The Chairman of the National Historical Museum Steering Committee, instead of vacationing, shall be subject to a fixed remuneration of EUR 24,000 representing 23% of the annual race, as referred to in Article 4 (1). Article 3, second paragraph, of the Vacationsdecision 1988 -, awarded a year.

This Decision shall enter into force from the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal, in which it is placed and operates back to 1 February 2008.

This decision is cited as: Decision fixed remuneration Chairman Steering Committee National Historical Museum.

Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science is in charge of the implementation of this decision which will be placed in the State Gazette.
