On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, dated 11 November 1994, No 94M007308, made on behalf of Our Ministers of Justice and of Health, Welfare and Sport;
Having regard to the provisions of our Decision of 5 September 1994,
Have found good and understand:
The obligations of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport arising out of the employment relationship with:
1. the staff of the former Ministry of Welfare, Health and Culture, as part of the Directorate-General for Welfare, Department of Asylum Reception Centres, and
2. staff of the central, decentralized and staff departments of the former Ministry of Welfare, Health and Culture, insofar as such staff are by our Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport on the basis of the established formation shall be transferred to the Minister of Justice,
(i) rest on the Ministry of Justice from 1 November 1994. Our Ministers of Justice and of Health, Welfare and Sport are entrusted with the implementation of this decision which is in the State Sheet will be placed and copies of which will be sent to the Supreme Colleges of State, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Plenipotentiary Ministers of the Netherlands Antilles and of Aruba and the ministries.
