Having regard to Article 33, first and sixth member, of the Rijkswet Financial Supervision of Curaçao and Sint Maarten ;

Have found good and understand:

No other versions Save

According to the opinion of the Evaluation Committee National Financial Supervision Curaçao and Sint Maarten remain for Curaçao and Sint Maarten from 10 October 2015 all the obligations that follow from the Rijkswet Financial Supervision Curaçao and Sint Maarten applicable.

Our Minister of Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations is in charge of the implementation of this decision, which will be placed in the State Official.
