On the nomination of Our Minister for Administrative Renewal and Kingdom Relations of 22 March 2005, 2005-0000036083, COD;
Having regard to Article 3 of the Vacationsdecision 1988 ;
Have found good and understand:
The president of the referendum commission, named in Article 24 of the Consultative Referendum Act European Constitution , receives a fixed reward of € 15,000.
The remaining members of the referendum commission, named in Article 24 of the Consultative Referendum Act European Constitution , receive a fixed reward of € 10,000.
This Decision shall enter into force on the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal.
Our Minister for Administrative Renewal and the Relations of the Kingdom is entrusted with the implementation of this Decision which will be placed with the explanatory note in the Official Journal.
