On the nomination of Our Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport of 20 September 1999, the DVVB/LB-U-991107 attribute;

Having regard to Article 3 of the Vacationsdecision 1988 ;

Have found good and understand:

  • 1 To the President and members of the Advisory Committee on Youth Information and Information, a fixed payment of € 544.54 per year is to be awarded instead of a vacancy.

  • If the chairman or a member of the advisory committee mentioned in the first paragraph does not hold the position of chairman or member throughout the year, the remuneration referred to in paragraph 1 shall be determined proportionally.

This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal, in which it is placed and shall operate back to 1 January 1999.

Our Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport is in charge of the implementation of this decision which will be placed with the accompanying note of notes in the Official Gazette.
