Decision of 1 April 1993 providing for the grant of single payments to the members of the Member States of the Member States

On the proposal of our Minister of Home Affairs of 20 January 1993, No BW92/U2469, Directorate-General for Public Administration;

Having regard to Article 43 of the ProvincieAct ;

Heard provincial States;

The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 15 February 1993, No WO4.93.0036);

Having regard to the further report by our Minister of Home Affairs of 24 March 1993, No BW93/337, Directorate-General for Public Administration;

Have found good and understand:

• 1 To the members of the Member States, a one-off benefit shall be paid from 6% of the actual benefit of the month of September 1992.

• 2 Where the second paragraph of Article 7 of the Decision of 3 July 1986 on the implementation of Article 43, second paragraph, of the ProvincieAct The rules governing other financial provisions relating to the performance of the office of deputed shall apply to those who were members of the Member States on 30 September 1992 and shall be placed in addition to the members of the Member States. One-off benefit referred to in paragraph 1 awarded on a one-off benefit of f 431,-.

This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed.
