Decision of 18 December 2006 establishing a general measure of administration on the provision of a concession to persons receiving benefits under the General Survivors ' Act, the fixing of the level of the amount of the aid AOW pension concession and any other changes (Decision of the Anw/AOW and Anw-concession award of assistance)

On the nomination of the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment of 2 November 2006, No SV/V&G/06/89123;

Having regard to Article 29a, seventh paragraph, of the General Survivors Act and Article 7, first paragraph, of the Remigration Act and Article 33b, fourth paragraph, of the General old-age law ;

The Council of State heard (opinion of 9 November 2006, No W12.06.0473/IV);

Having regard to the further report of the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment of 12 December 2006, No SV/V&G/06/99716;

Have found good and understand:


Article 1. Definition

For the purposes of this Decision, for the purposes of this Decision, the concession shall mean the concession provided for in Article 29a of the General Survivors Act .

  • 1 The concession is € 16.74 per month.

  • 3 The amended amount referred to in paragraph 1 and the date of entry into force of this amendment shall be published by or on behalf of Our Minister in the Official Gazette.


Article 3. Payment of a payment

Payment of the concession shall be made on a monthly basis together with the payment of the survivor's benefit and the orphan's benefit.

The Article 2, first paragraph , and 5, part 1 , find application first after Article 2, second paragraph , and Article 2, second paragraph, of the Decision to meet the AOW pension scheme have been applied at the beginning of the calendar year 2007.


Article 7. Entry of

  • 1 Where the royal message of 21 August 2006 submitted a proposal of law amending the General Survivors ' Act and any other laws relating to the provision of a concession to persons receiving a benefit on the basis of the General Survivors Act after it is elevated to law, enter into force, this decision shall, with the exception of: Article 5 , operating at the same time; if the State Gazette in which that law is placed is issued after 31 December 2006, it shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed, and operates the period back to 1 January 2007.

  • 2 Article 5 shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2007.
