Having regard to Article 86 of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understand:
With effect from 1 January 1956, the cases are governed by the Law of 26 April 1884 ( Stb. 81) laying down detailed rules on the transport, import, transit, sale and storage of gunpowder and other highly flammable or explosive substances, for so many of these rests with the Head of the Department of the Interior, transferred to the Head of the Department of Transport and Water State.
Our Ministers of Internal Affairs and of Transport and Water State are in charge of the implementation of this decision, which is State Sheet will be placed.
