Decision of 2 July 1987 laying down rules on compensation for the provision of photocopes referred to in Article 25a (4) of the Special Pension Act 1940-1945, Article 22a (4) of the Law of Extraordinary Pension Seamen-war victims and Article 32a, second paragraph, of the Law Benefits Follow-up Victims 1940-1945

On the nomination of Our Minister for Welfare, Health and Culture of 26 March 1987, DVV/WJZ-U-9666 I,

Having regard to Article 25 A , fourth paragraph, of the Law of Extraordinary Pension 1940-1945 ( Strb. 1986, 575), Article 22 A (iv), fourth member, of the Law of extraordinary pension seamen-war victims ( Stb. 1986, 576) and Article 32 A , second paragraph, of the Law Benefits Follow-up Victims 1940-1945 ( Stb. 1986, 386);

Have heard the Extraordinary Pensions Council, the Foundation 1940-1945, the Uitkeringsraad, the Foundation Jewish Social Work and the Pelita Foundation;

The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 6 May 1987, No W. 13.87.0137);

Having regard to the further report by our Minister for Welfare, Health and Culture of 11 June 1987, DVV/WJZ/U-10069,

Have found good and understand:

For the provision of copies of documents relating to decisions as referred to in the Article 25 of the Law of Extraordinary Pension 1940-1945 ( Stb. 1986, 575), Article 22 of the Law of extraordinary pension seamen-war victims ( Stb. 1986, 576) and Article 32 A of the Law Benefits Follow-up Victims 1940-1945 ( Stb. 1991, 621), is the rate applicable to the fees payable for those copies, the rate applicable under the Law open-to-board ( Stb. 1991, 703) is payable as a fee for the provision of photocopes.

This Decision shall enter into force from the second day following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed.

Burden and order that this Decision, together with a note of explanatory note to the State Sheet will be placed and copies will be sent to the Council of State and to the Court of Auditors.
