Have found good and understand:
The Board of Appeal, under the jurisdiction of the Central Board of Appeal, is the College van Beroep for the business of business as a member of the Legal status of judicial officers on a general measure of administration, with the exception of the courts, with the exception of the judicial authorities responsible for the courts. Article 2g, third paragraph , 2i, third member , 6f and 29a of the Decision of the Legal Position of the Court of Justice , mutatis mutandis, except that:
(a) the Board of the Central Board of Appeal shall be designated as the functional authority of the College of Appeal for the business sector;
b. they shall be treated in the same way as those who are in the same office in a court of law, in respect of their salaries, office costume and titature;
(c) the oath or promise of a single or multiple chamber of the Central Board of Appeal shall be the College of Appeal for the business community and shall not be taken at the requisitoir of the Ministry of Public Health;
d. the form according to which oath or promise is made after being signed by the member with jurisdiction and the member of the courts responsible for sitting in the single Chamber referred to in subparagraph C, is chairman of the multiple chamber, as referred to in subparagraph (c);
(e) the Board of the Central Board of Appeal shall keep the Board of Appeal for the business of business a register in which the decisions relating to the appointment of the members to be sworn in shall be subject to judicial authority and the forms to be used relating to the oath or promise made by those members, entrusted with the caselaw;
f. they for the corresponding application of the Second, second and third paragraphs , and 3 of the Decision of the Court of Justice shall be treated in the same way as judicial officials of whom it is an appointment in a post held by a court or court;
g. for the corresponding application of the Articles 4 , 6d, 2nd Member , 8 , 33d , 33g , 33l, fourth member , 33n, sixth Member , 33o, fourth member , 37a, third member , and Decision No 38b of the Decision of the Court of Justice shall be treated in the same way as judicial officers employed in a court or court;
h. for the corresponding application of the Articles 9 , 14, fifth paragraph , 14a, second member , 16 and 27b, third paragraph, of the Decision of the Legal Position of the Court of Justice shall be treated in the same way as judicial officers employed in a court of court or court or former judicial officers as last served in a court or court; and
i. for the corresponding application of Article 37b of the Decision of the Court of Justice 'functional authority' means the management of the Central Board of Appeal of the College van Beroep for business, except the non-judicial member, shall be understood to mean.
The Board of Appeal of the business community is the senior judicial authority and court of appeal to the Central Board of Appeal, under the terms of the Legal status of judicial officers on a general measure of management, with the exception of the senior judicial authority and judicial authority, with the exception of the Article 2g, third paragraph , 2i, third member , 34b, first paragraph, part i , 36c, first paragraph, part b, below 2 ° , and 36m, first paragraph, part b, of the decision to legal position judicial officers , mutatis mutandis, except that:

f. they for the corresponding application of the Articles 4 , 6d, 2nd Member , 8 , 33d , 33g , 33l, fourth member , 33n, sixth Member , 33o, fourth member , 34c, second member , 34h, fourth member , 36a, third member , 37a, third member , and Decision No 38b of the Decision of the Court of Justice shall be treated in the same way as judicial officers employed in a court or tribunal; and
g. for the corresponding application of the Articles 9 , 14, fifth paragraph , 14a, second member , 16 and 27b, third paragraph, of the Decision of the Legal Position of the Court of Justice shall be treated in the same way as judicial officers working in a court of court or court or former judicial officers as last worked in a court or court of law.
By arrangement of Our Minister of Security and Justice rules shall be laid down regarding the corresponding application of the Legal status of judicial officers by ministerial arrangement certain in respect of the in Articles 1 and 2 Those members with jurisdiction and senior judicial authority and judicial authority.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed and shall operate back to 1 July 2010.
