On the nomination of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, dated 23 June 2009, No 3079138;

Having regard to Article 44, first paragraph, of the Constitution ;

Have found good and understand:

The concern for the Joint Development Company is about our Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Management of the Environment to our Minister of Finance.

This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 July 2009.

Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs and Our Ministers of Housing, Regional Planning and the Environment and Finance are entrusted with the implementation of this Decision, which is the subject of the relevant note of explanatory notes in the State Gazette will be placed.
