Decision of 15 December 1997, concerning the transfer of management responsibility to the Cabinet for Dutch-Antillean and Aruban Affairs of our Minister for Dutch-Antillean and Aruban Affairs to our Minister of the Interior Affairs, as well as the transition of the Cabinet for Dutch-Antillean and Aruban Affairs to the Ministry of Interior

On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, of 11 December 1997 n 97M009780;

Having regard to Article 44, first paragraph, of the Constitution ;

The Cabinet for Dutch-Antillean and Aruban Affairs, now belonging to the management responsibility of Our Minister for Dutch-Antillean and Aruban Affairs comes under the management responsibility of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruban Affairs. Our Minister of the Interior and this will go to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

  • 1 Our Minister for Dutch-Antillean and Aruban Affairs is in charge of the policy-related aspects of coordination of matters the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba regarding and with the policy-related aspects of care for the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba to be provided with assistance and assistance.

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 1998. If the Official Journal of the Member State issuing this Decision is issued after 31 December 1997, it shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed, and shall take effect until 1 January 1998.

Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs is in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which will be placed with the accompanying note of notes in the Official Gazette.
