Decision of 9 June 2010 on the transfer of the care of the Pandhuiswet Act 1910

On the nomination of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, dated 3 June 2010, No. 3092737;

Having regard to Article 44, first paragraph, of the Constitution ;

Have found good and understand:

The care of the Lien Law 1910 As far as our Minister of Finance is concerned, our Minister for Economic Affairs is the one who is at present.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed and shall operate back to 1 January 2010.

Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, and Our Ministers of Finance and Economic Affairs, are in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which will be placed with the accompanying note of notes in the Official Gazette.
