On the nomination of Our Minister for Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment, the Secretary of State for Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment and Our Minister of Internal Affairs of 14 May 1985, No MJZO755054;

Having regard to Article 44, first paragraph, of the Constitution ;

The concern for the implementation of Articles 38 to 44 of the Housing Act ( Stb. 1968, 98), currently part of the task of the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment, is to be sent to the Ministry of the Interior as from 15 May 1985.

Our Ministers of Housing, Regional Planning and the Environment and of the Interior are entrusted with the implementation of this Decision, which is due to the letter of explanation in the State Sheet will be placed, of which communication will be made in the Dutch Official Gazette and copies of which shall be sent to Our Ministers, to the Council of State, to the Court of Auditors and to the Chambers of the States-General.
