On the nomination of Our Minister of General Affairs, of 12 November 1993, No DGVGZ/BMO-931372, acting on behalf of our Minister of Welfare, Health and Culture, and of the Interior and the Secretary of State for Welfare, Health and Culture,

Having regard to Article 44, first paragraph, of the Constitution ;

Have found good and understand:

Our Minister of Home Affairs is charged with organising the medical part of the disaster relief programme.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet in which it is placed and operates back up to and including 1 January 1993.

Our Ministers of Welfare, Health and Culture and of Home Affairs are in charge of the implementation of this decision that State Sheet will be placed.
