On the proposal of Our Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport of 22 January 1997, CSZ/BenO-97657,
Having regard to Article 22 of the Act on appeals in individual health care ;
Having regard to the opinion of the Council for the professions in individual health care (opinion of 15 May 1996, B4/'96);
Hearing the Council of State (opinion of 28 April 1997, no.W13.97.0035);
Having regard to the further report by Our Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport of 27 August 1997, CSZ/BO 9713645,
Have found good and understand:
For the purpose of this Decision:
a. Act: the Law on the professions in individual health care ;
a. medicinal product: a medicine as intended in Article 1, first paragraph, point (b) of the Pharmaceutical Act ;
c. Medical device: medical device as intended in Article 1, first paragraph, point (a) of the Law on Medical Devices .
To be in the Article 3 The register of pharmacists to be registered is required by the possession of a university as referred to in Article 13 (1) of the Act. Chapter 7 of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research Certificate showing that the person concerned has taken the final examination to close a pharmacist's training Article 3 and 4 of this Decision.
1 The pharmacist training includes theoretical and practical education as well as an internship of at least 6 months in a public pharmacy or a hospital pharmacy.
2 The theoretical and practical education shall comprise at least the following subjects:
a. Biology;
b. Physics;
c. General, inorganic, organic and analytical chemistry, including the analysis of biological material;
d. Pharmaceutical chemistry, including pharmaceuticals analysis;
Biochemistry, including medical biochemistry;
f. anatomy, physiology, pathology and clinical chemistry;
g. medical terminology;
h. microbiology;
pharmacology, including pharmacokinetics, pharmacotherapy, and clinical pharmacology;
j. pharmaceutical technology and biopharmaceuticals;
k. Toxicology;
l. Pharmacognosia;
m. professional ethics;
n. computerization.
The training of pharmacist shall be arranged so that the person concerned:
a. Sufficient knowledge must be acquired:
1 °C. of medicinal products placed on the market and the substances used in their manufacture, and of the preparation of medicinal products in their pharmaceutical form;
2 °. of the physical, chemical, biological and microbiological control of medicinal products;
3 degrees of metabolism, the effects of medicinal products, the functioning of toxic substances and the use of medicinal products;
4 °. to be able to assess scientific data on medicinal products and to provide relevant information on the basis of such information;
5 °. of the legislation, where relevant for the conduct of the pharmaceutical profession;
6 °. of medical devices, to the extent relevant to the pharmaceutical professional practice;
7 °. of the structure and financing of health care;
8 °C. of the storage, storage and distribution of medicinal products;
9 °. of information and recording systems;
b. sufficient skill must be acquired in:
1 °. communicate and collaborate with other health care workers;
2. to provide information and advice on the use of medicinal products and medical devices to healthcare professionals and patients;
3 °. the field of practice as pharmacoinic
4 °. preparation of medicinal products in their pharmaceutical form.
This Decision shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
This decision is referred to as: 'Pharmacist training'.
Burden and order that this Decision, together with the accompanying note of explanatory note to the State Sheet will be placed.
