Decision of 30 December 1983 on the abolition of the Special Benefits Office of the Ministry of Finance and the transfer of the task of this Office in respect of benefits for primary education and exceptional education to the Ministry of Education and Science

On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, of 23 December 1983, No 339317 also on behalf of Our Ministers of Finance and of Education and Science;
Having regard to Article 44 of the Constitution ;
Having regard, moreover, to the Law of 12 January 1983 amending the Lager Education Act, 1920, Financial-related law 1960, the Teaching law education and the Law management housing facilities k.o.-l.o. , on benefits relating to primary education ( Stb. 1983, 14);
Have found good and understand:
The Bureau of Special Benefits of the Management Committee of the Finance Department of the Department of Finance shall be abolished with effect from 1 February 1983. The task of this office with regard to benefits for primary education and special education shall be transferred from the same date to the Department of Education and Science.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed and works back to 1 February 1983.
Our Minister of Finance and Our Minister of Education and Science are in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which State Sheet will be placed, of which communication will be made in the Official Gazette and copies of which shall be sent to the Chambers of the States-General.
