Having regard to Article 2, second paragraph, part b, of the Law on space activities ;
The Department for the Advisory Board of the State Hearing (Opinion of 17 December 2014, No W15.14.0451/IV);
Having regard to the further report of our Minister of Economic Affairs of 13 January 2015, No WJZ/14210052
Have found good and understand:
The Law space activities shall also apply to it from the Netherlands by means of a communication link management of an undirected space object in the cosmic space.
1 The prohibition, intended to Article 3, first paragraph, of the Law on space activities , until three months after the entry into force of this Decision, activities referred to in Article 1 which are made at the time of entry into force of this Decision shall not be applicable.
2 The prohibition, intended to Article 3, first paragraph, of the Law on space activities , until nine months after the entry into force of this Decision, does not apply to activities referred to in Article 1 where the application for authorisation has been requested for such activities not later than three months after the entry into force of this Decision.
This decision is cited as: Decision unaccompanied satellites
This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 July 2015.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
