Have found good and understand:
Under the index of wages, for the purpose of Article 34, fourth paragraph, of the Legal Aid Act The following definitions shall apply:
the first published index of CAO wages per month, including special rewards, of mature and youthful employees, as reported by the Central Bureau of Statistics to the booth on the last business day of the calendar month calculated.
This Decision is based on Article 34, fourth paragraph, of the Legal Aid Act .
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
This Decision is cited as: 'Index of indices'.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
