Decree of the 24th of May 1827, laying down detailed rules on the granting of adnal titles and praiseproducts

We William, at the grace of God, King of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, etc., etc., etc.

Considering Us Decision of the 26th January 1822 (State leaf n) ^o 1), concerning the adeful titles and qualifications;

Having regard to Art. 63 of the Constitution;

And taking into account, that between us and the recognition, recognition or uplifting in the peerage, and placing on the lists, in the case of Art. 5 of our present decision of the 26th January 1822 indicate, any time course is unavoidable;

In view of the predrafation of the Hoogen Raad van Adel, van den 13den February ll. n- ^o 75/18;

Having regard to the report by Onzen Minister for Justice, of the 1sten dezer, n ^o 39;

Have heard the Council of State,

Have been well-found and understood to be explained,

to zoograteful persons, whose names are not yet found on the Art. 2 and 5 of Our Reported Decision of the 26th January 1822 (State leaf n) ^o . 1) the lists, the lists which are to be drawn up, the tits to be sent to them, and articles thereof shall be given on presentation, on presentation, by the Member States of the diploma, of the diploma they have given to them by the Council of Adel; of the a declaration by the Council, signed by the President and countersigned by the Secretary, with the seal of the Council, bearing in mind the name of the titular holder and the place of residence of the titular holder, the title and the praedioate, -to which he is entitled, and to the title and praedioate, which shall be the subject of the title and praedioate his gender, mitsgaders that came to art. The titular holder shall be subject to a constitution.

Our Minister of Justice and the Hooge Council of Adel are in charge of the implementation of this decree, which will be placed in the state magazine.
