On the nomination of Our Minister-President, Minister of General Affairs, and of our Minister for Administrative Renewal and Kingdom Relations of 14 November 2006, Constitutional Affairs and Legislative Affairs Directorate;
Having regard to the Articles 64, 1st paragraph , and 137, third paragraph, of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understand:
The dissolution of the Second Chamber on 30 November 2006 as determined by the Royal Decree of 4 September 2006, decomposing of the Second Chamber of the States-General (Stb. 421 and Stcrt. 184), also on the basis of Article 137, third paragraph, of the Constitution .
Our Minister for Administrative Renewal and Relations has been entrusted with the implementation of this Decision, which will be placed with the note of notes in the Official Gazette and the State Gazette.
