On the nomination of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs of 23 December 1994, No 94M008235, done also on behalf of Our Ministers of Education, Culture and Science and of Health, Welfare and Sport;
Having regard to the provisions of our Decision of 22 August 1994,
Have found good and understand:
With effect from 1 January 1995, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science shall:
1. the obligations of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport arising from the employment relationship with the staff of the former Ministry of Welfare, Health and Cultural Affairs of the former Ministry of Welfare, as far as possible; belonging to the Directorate General for Cultural Affairs;
2. The obligations of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport arising from the employment relationship with the staff of the former Ministry of Welfare, Health and Cultural Affairs of the former Ministry of Welfare, insofar as such personnel in accordance with the placement procedure laid down by the Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport and the Minister of Education, Culture and Science.
Our Ministers of Health, Welfare and Sports and of Education, Culture and Science are in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which is State Sheet will be placed and copies of which will be sent to the Supreme Colleges of State, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Plenipotentiary Ministers of the Netherlands Antilles and of Aruba and the ministries.
