On the nomination of Our Minister for Security and Justice of 15 July 2014, Executive Board of Law and Legal Affairs, No. 538985, made on behalf of our Minister for Finance;
Having regard to Article 391 (5) of Book 2 of the Civil Code ;
The Section for the opinion of the Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 6 August 2014, No W03.14.0258/II);
Having regard to the further report of Our Minister of Security and Justice of 3 December 2014, no. 586619, released on behalf of our Minister of Finance;
Have found good and understand:
The Decision of 23 August 2011 laying down detailed rules on the content of the annual report by insurers (Stb. 2011, 396) is hereby repealed.
Annual reports relating to a financial year caught on 1 January 2014 shall continue to be Decision of 23 August 2011 laying down detailed rules on the content of the annual report by insurers (Stb. 2011, 396) as provided immediately prior to the date of entry into force of this Decision.
This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2015.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
