Having regard to Article 33a, fifth paragraph, of the General old-age law ;
The Department for the Advisory Board of the State Hearing (Opinion of 3 December 2014, No W12.14.0426/III);
Having regard to the further report of the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment of 28 January 2015, No 2015 -0000013859;
Have found good and understand:
For the purposes of this Decision income support shall mean the income support provided in: Article 33a of the General old-age law .
1 The income support is gross € 25.35 [ Red: As of January 1, 2016: € 25,48] per calendar month.
2 This amount shall be adjusted annually as from 1 January in accordance with the table correction factor referred to in Article 10.2 of the Income Tax Act 2001 .
3 The adjusted amount and the day on which the adjustment takes place shall be disclosed by or on behalf of Our Minister in the State Official Journal.
The payment of income support shall be made together with the payment of the retirement pension, as referred to in Article 4 (1). Article 7 of the General old-age law .

[ Red: Change the Implementing Order Payload 1965.]This Decision shall enter into force on the date on which the Law of 28 January 2015 amending the General Old Age Act, the Social Insurance Financing Act, the Participation Act and the Rent Surcharge Act related to the granting of a income support to persons receiving benefits under the General Old Age Act and the repeal of the Law on the possibility of purchasing power relief older taxable persons (Stb. 2015, 28) enters into force.
