On the nomination of Our Minister of Foreign Affairs of 23 May 1969, DBD-88804;
Having regard to the Articles 58 and 72 of the Constitution ;
The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 18 June 1969, No 30);
Having regard to the further report of our Minister of Foreign Affairs of 26 June 1969, Executive Board of Foreign Service, DBD-114328,
Have found good and understand:
The scheme of benefits due to functional age ( Stb. 1966, 286) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the official of the foreign office and to the administrative officer, to whom, pursuant to the provisions of Article 99 A of the Rules of the Foreign Service of 1951 ( Stb. 449) dismissal was granted, except that everywhere in that arrangement of "Our Minister" or "Our Minister of Internal Affairs" is read "Our Minister for Foreign Affairs".
In the event that an official of the foreign service is entitled to a pension under Article U 16 of the General Civil Pensions Act under Article U 16, this pension shall be deducted from the benefit which he/she is entitled to. Following the Article 1 the scheme referred to above.
This Decision shall enter into force from the second day following the date of issue of the State Sheet , where it's placed.
Our Minister for Foreign Affairs has been entrusted with the implementation of this Decision, which is in the State Sheet will be placed and copies of which will be sent to the Council of State and to the Court of Auditors.
