On the proposal of our Minister of Home Affairs of 3 May 1990, No AB90/165/U2, Directorate-General for Management and Personnel Policy, Directorate for Labour Conditions, General Working Conditions and Legal Affairs Division;
Having regard to Article 11, third paragraph, of the Law National Ombudsman ( Stb. 1981, 35);
Have found good and understand:
The appointment, suspension and dismissal of persons belonging to the Office of the National Ombudsman shall be made in the form of a fixed service and the salary or the maximum salary of the scale for which they are paid, or officials shall be lower than the maximum salary of scale 15 of Annex B of the Remuneration Decision Civil and civil servants 1984 ( Stb. 1983, 571) or if it takes place in temporary service, by the National Ombudsman.
Royal Decree of 25 September 1981, No 19, is hereby repealed.
This Decision shall enter into force from the second day following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed.
Our Minister of Home Affairs shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision, copies of which shall be sent to the Council of State, the National Ombudsman and to the Court of Auditors.
