On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs of 16 May 2000, No 00M384913;
Having regard to Article 44, first paragraph, of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understand:
1 Our Minister of Justice is charged with the defence of the issues in the field of the first reception of invited refugees, in so far as this concern for the entry into force of this Decision was entrusted to our Minister for the Public health, Welfare and Sport, with the proviso that the responsibility for the grants provided as part of this care until that date remains with our Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport.
2 The task of both ministries is amended accordingly.
3 This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal, in which it is placed and shall operate back to 1 March 2000.
Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, and Our Ministers of Justice and of Health, Welfare and Sport are in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which will be with the accompanying note of explanatory note in the Official Journal. placed.
