Decision of 30 June 1999 on the determination of the levels guaranteed by the Treaty on the examination and stamping of precious metals

On the proposal of the State Secretary for Economic Affairs of 2 November 1995, No 95073066 WJA/W;
Having regard to Article 24, first paragraph, of the Guarantee Act 1986 ;
The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 10 January 1996, No W10.95.0594);
Having regard to the further report of the State Secretary for Economic Affairs of 23 June 1999, No WJZ/W 99040476;
Have found good and understand:
The levels of platinum, gold, palladium and silver works, which are guaranteed in accordance with the provisions of the Chapter IIIA of the Guarantee Act 1986 , the following are defined:
a. For platinum works at 999, 950, 900 and 850 000 000;
b. For gold works at 999, 916, 750, 585 and 375 thousand;
c. For palladium work at 999, 950 and 500 000 000;
d. for silver works at 999, 925, 830 and 800 thousandths.
This Decision shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
This decision is referred to as: Guarantee Decision.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
