Decision of 29 December 1982, redistributing tasks of certain departments

On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs of 24 December 1982, No 327202, also on behalf of Our Ministers for the Interior, of Housing, Regional Planning and the Environment, and of Welfare, Health and Culture, in accordance with the views of the Council of Ministers;
Having regard to the provisions of Parts 1, 3 and 5 of our Decision of 15 November 1982 ( Stb. 641);
Having regard to Article 86 of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understand:
With effect from 1 January 1983, the Department of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment:
1. the obligations of the Department of Welfare, Health and Culture arising out of employment with the staff of the former Department of Health and Environmental Hygiene, as far as it is Directorate General for Environmental Hygiene, the Health Inspectorate, responsible for monitoring the hygiene of the environment, the Rijksinstituut for Drinking Water Supply, the Institute for Waste Research, the Central Council for the environmental hygiene, the Environment and Natural Research Council and the Provisional Commission for the Environmental impact reporting;
2. the obligations of the Department of Welfare, Health and Culture arising out of employment with the staff of the Central and Staff Departments of the former Department of Health and Environmental Hygiene, as far as Our Minister of Internal Affairs who places personnel in functions at the Department of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environmental Management;
3. the care of the Department of Welfare, Health and Culture for the remaining management issues of the former Department of Health and Environmental Hygiene, as far as coherent with the matters of the Environmental hygiene.
Our Ministers of Home Affairs, of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environmental Management and of Welfare, Health and Culture, are in charge of implementing this decision, which is in the process. State Sheet will be placed, of which communication will be made in the Dutch Official Gazette and copies of which will be sent to the Supreme Colleges of State, the Council of Ministers, the Plenipotentiary Minister of the Netherlands Antilles and the departments of general government.
