Decision of 4 November 1982, reclassification of a number of departmental tasks

On the nomination of Our Prime Minister, Minister for General Affairs, dd. 4 November 1982, No 325335;
Having regard to Article 86 of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understood: As of now:
1 Our Minister for Culture, Recreation and Social Work should also be responsible for the promotion of public health issues, as far as the Department of Health and Environmental Hygiene is currently being entrusted to, and with a corresponding change in the task, to change the name of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Social Work in the Department of Welfare, Health and Culture.
2 Our Minister for Housing and Regional Planning also to be responsible for matters relating to Environmental Hygiene, to the extent currently assigned to the Department of Health and Environmental Hygiene and, by appropriate means, to the Department of Health and the Environment. modification of the task, to change the name of the Department of Housing and Spatial Planning in the Department of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environmental Management.
3 Our Minister for Welfare, Public Health and Culture to temporarily charge those tasks of the Department of Health and Environmental Hygiene, provided that no provision has been made in the provisions of 1 to 2 above.
4 The Department of Health and Environmental Hygiene to be removed.
5 To entrust the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries with the care of the Nature Conservation, insofar as it is currently dedicated to our Minister of Welfare, Public Health and Culture and the task of changing the task of both departments accordingly.
6 Our Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment will be responsible for the care of Assistance, insofar as it is now entrusted to our Minister for Welfare, Public Health and Culture and to change the task of the two departments accordingly.
7 The organisational settlement of cases, relating to points 1 to 6, to be carried out to our Minister for the Interior.
Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs and Our Minister of the Interior are in charge of the implementation of this decision that State Sheet will be placed, copies of which will be in the Dutch Official Gazette shall be placed and copies of which shall be sent to the High Colleges of State, the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands Antilles and the departments of general government, to this Decision.
