On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, of 31 August 1994 n 94M005397;

Having regard to Article 44 of the Constitution ;

Have found good and understand:

  • 1 Our Minister of Justice is charged with the defence of asylum-seekers ' matters, provided that this concern was directed at our Minister of Social Welfare, Public Health and Culture on 22 August 1994.

  • 2 The task of both ministries is amended accordingly.

  • 3 This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet in which it is placed and operates back to and including 22 August 1994.

Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, and Our Ministers of Justice and of Health, Welfare and Sport are in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which will be placed with the accompanying note of notes in the State Sheet , of which communication will be made in the Official Gazette and copies of which will be sent to the Supreme Colleges of State, the Council of Ministers, the Plenipotentiary Ministers of the Netherlands Antilles and of Aruba and the Ministries.
