On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs of 18 June 1984, No 345879 A , acting on behalf of Our Ministers for Home Affairs, Economic Affairs and Social Welfare, Health and Culture,
Have found good and understand:
With effect from present:
1. to entrust the Minister of Economic Affairs with the care of consumer credit, to the extent currently directed to Our Minister of Welfare, Health and Culture, and to amend the task of both ministries accordingly;
2. to contribute to the organisational settlement of cases related to the above, to our Minister of the Interior.
Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs and Our Minister of the Interior are in charge of the implementation of this decision that State Sheet will be placed, of which communication will be made in the Dutch Official Gazette and copies of which will be sent to the Supreme Colleges of State, the Council of Ministers, the Plenipotentiary Minister of the Netherlands Antilles and the Ministries.
