On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs of 25 June 1984, No 346128, made on behalf of Our Ministers of Education and Science, of Economic Affairs and of the Interior;
Having regard to Article 44, first paragraph, of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understand:
1 Our Minister for Economic Affairs is charged with the care of innovation and technology policy.
2 The tasks of Our Ministers of Education and Science and of Economic Affairs with regard to the Dutch Organisation for Applied Science Research, the maritime sector, space research and space technology, the Netherlands. Microelectronics, international organisations, innovative research programmes and new technologies for the benefit of the market sector are defined in accordance with the terms of the letters of our Minister-President, Minister for the Economy and the Economy. General Affairs, 25 January 1983 and 6 September 1983 on the Cabinet formation 1982 to the President of the Second Chamber of the States-General (Chamber Documents II 1982/1983, 17 555, No. 49 and 55).
3 Our Minister of Education and Science is responsible for initiating research, aimed at making visible the social and ethical consequences of technological innovation and the introduction of these innovations.

This Decision shall enter into force with effect from the present and shall be effective until 6 September 1983.
