On the nomination of Onzen Minister of Justice of the 18th December 1925, 1st Afd. C n ° 919;
Whereas: Article 6 of Bankruptcy Law In so far as this article states, after the amended amendment, that a measure of the administration provides for the order of order of a debtor, whose bankruptcy was requested;
Heard the Council of State (opinion of 5 January 1926, n ° 22);
Having regard to the further report of Onzen, Minister for the period of 25 January 1926, 1st Subsection C, n ° 926,
Have found good and understand:
1 The in Article 6 of Bankruptcy Law The Registrar shall be sent by means of the heading, of the telegraph, by a person of the court of law or of a police official appointed for the execution of the police task, or of any other official, to the extent that they are official belongs to a category designated for that purpose by Our Minister of Security and Justice.
2 If the Registrar dispates the convocation by mail, the dispatch shall be effected under closed cover to the debtor on the basis of an express delivery order for which a message of receipt is required. The Registrar shall be indicated as the consignor on the cover of the consignment.
3 If the Registrar does the summons by means of the telegraph, he shall provide the telegram of the designation Receive notification or P.C.
4 If the Registrar dispates the summons by means of a court of law or by a police officer appointed for the execution of the police task, or any other official, to the extent that that official belongs to an official Where he is designated by our Minister for Security and Justice, he shall make the summons in a closed cover, to which he is called as consignor; the cover shall indicate the address of the debtor. Delivery shall be carried out against the receipt of a receipt by or on behalf of the consignee on which day and hour of receipt shall be indicated. If the letter is not adopted, the messenger or official of police appointed for the execution of the police task, or any other official, to the extent that such official belongs to a category designated by Our Minister for Security. 5 The Registrar may also apply to a police official who has been appointed for the execution of the police task, or any other official, to the extent that such official belongs to a category to that effect by Our Minister for Security and Justice.
