The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 13 August 1999, No W06.99.0415/IV);
Having regard to the further report of our Minister of Finance dated 22 September 1999, WJB 99/551 M,
Have found good and understand:
The designation, as set out in Article 3 of the Arrangement, and rules for transactions in transferable securities 1999, is hereby approved.
This Decision shall enter into force from the first day of the third calendar month following the date of issue of the Official Journal in which he is placed.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
