On the proposal of the Secretary of State for the Interior, the Education and Public Service Organisation and of Our Ministers for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and Economic Affairs of 25 November 1958, no. U 2077, Division Public Business Organisation;
Whereas it is desirable to confer on the milk product the power to provide for certain price arrangements at a request for that purpose;
Having regard to Article 4, first paragraph, of A , from the Institution's Product for Dairy Product ( Stb. 1956, 93);
Have found good and understand:
In matters relating to economic movement between different stages of production and marketing, as referred to in Article 4, first paragraph, A , from the Institution's Product for Dairy Product ( Stb. 1956, 93) were included in the prices, at least for the cheese to be sold to foreign customers.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 1959.
Our Ministers for the Interior, Education and Public Service, of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and of Economic Affairs are entrusted with the implementation of this Decision, which is the responsibility of the State Sheet will be placed.
