Decision of 23 June 1959 on the implementation of Article 4 (1) (a) of the Law on the Product for Distilled Beverages

We JULIANA, at the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc., etc., etc.

On the proposal of the Secretary of State for General Affairs and of our Ministers for Economic Affairs and of Agriculture and Fisheries of 16 June 1959, no. 2475, Department Of Public Business Organisation;

Whereas it is desirable to confer on the product for spirit drinks the power to provide for certain price arrangements at a request for that purpose;

Having regard to Article 4, first paragraph, of A , from the Institution's Product for Spirits Products ( Stb. 1954, 450);

Have found good and understand:

In matters relating to economic movement between different stages of production and marketing, as referred to in Article 4, first paragraph, A , from the Institution's Product for Spirits Products ( Stb. (450) are included prices, at least for which spirit drinks to foreign customers must be disposed of.

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 July 1959.

Our Ministers of General Affairs, of Economic Affairs and of Agriculture and Fisheries are in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which is in the State Sheet will be placed.
